The project involved a site with a significant slope and the challenge of a limited budget. The primary goal was to accommodate the client’s functional needs while ensuring full privacy for the outdoor spaces, in accordance with the local context.

Topographic Response:

To avoid heavy excavation and unnecessary structural costs, the building follows the natural terrain. The private quarters and bedrooms are positioned on the lower level, integrated into the slope. This layout naturally separates the private zones from the social areas on the ground floor.

Privacy Strategy:

The building is organized around a secluded central courtyard and swimming pool. By strategically placing the main volumes, the pool area is shielded from all external views. This allows the interior to have expansive glass facades that open toward the private courtyard without compromising the residents' privacy.

Budget-Driven Geometry:

The limited budget dictated a shift toward pure geometry and simplified forms. Instead of expensive finishes or complex ornamentation, the design relies on the interplay of volumes and the efficient use of basic materials to achieve a modern aesthetic within the financial constraints.
